The first capability under TallyIra, named Docs by Ira, leverages AI to read business documents and automatically convert them into accounting transactions within TallyPrime.
Businesses can upload documents through desktop, mobile devices, or WhatsApp, allowing the software to extract relevant information and create GST-compliant entries automatically.
By reducing manual intervention in one of the most time-intensive business processes, TallyIra helps organisations modernise workflows, improve responsiveness, and reduce manual effort by up to 80%.

Alongside AI-powered automation, TallyPrime Release 7.1 introduces a significantly enhanced invoice personalisation experience.

The upgraded feature offers a range of modern and customisable invoice templates, enabling businesses to personalise invoices with logos, signatures, watermarks, and business-specific information.

Further strengthening the ecosystem, TallyPrime has partnered with ICICI Bank to expand its Connected Banking capabilities.
Through this integration, TallyPrime users who hold current accounts with ICICI Bank can seamlessly manage both banking and accounting activities within a secure, unified environment.
The integration allows users to access live account balances and bank statements, receive transaction updates, initiate and manage payments, streamline bank reconciliation, and perform banking operations without switching between multiple platforms.
The enhanced Connected Banking experience enabled through TallyIra and TallyPrime aims to save businesses time, reduce errors, and provide real-time financial visibility.
